better knowledge and awareness of their body and 27% develop a better
relationship with the foetus.
17% develops a better relationship with the fetus, too.
99% of women perform the exercises learnt at the course also at home, in full
autonomy: 55% to maintain the physical benefits obtained at the TSB course,
31% even to eliminate sudden back pain by themselves.
Also during pre-labour pauses, 80% of women uses a selection of exercises
from the TSB program as a pre-competition physical preparation.
